Shipping Policy

Onestop.fit online store, all in stock items will ship within 24-48 hrs. of receiving the order. Shipping times are Monday to Saturday(only working days) from 10:30 to 6:00pm. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size-based.

Please note: We offer Cash on Delivery although For COD orders, prepayment of COD charges is mandatory to ensure authenticity and genuineness of orders. Additionally, please be aware that the shipping charge for COD orders is non-refundable.

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

At Maren Pharma, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive accurate medicines and products in perfect condition. We encourage customers to inspect the items at the time of delivery.

1. Definition 'Return' refers to the action of returning a product ordered from the Maren Pharma website by the consumer. Returns may arise in situations such as:

• Mismatch between the product delivered and the order.
• Delivery of products near or past their expiry date.
• Damaged products in transit.

2. Return Process

• Visit www.onestop.fit/contactUs to initiate a return.
• Our customer care team will verify the claim within 72 hours.
• For verified claims, we'll arrange the collection of the product(s) or we will request you to ship the products back to us at our cost.
• Ensure the product is in its original packaging.
• Refund completion within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds for online wallet payments will be credited back to the wallet.
• Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are estimated based on order value and are viewable at checkout.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel orders until they are shipped.
• Orders for medical tests can be canceled until the sample collection.
• Maren Pharma reserves the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, including bulk orders or errors in pricing information.

No cancellation charges for cancellations made in line with this policy.
